APPIANO GENTILE – After their draw against Atalanta, Inter returned to training today to start their preparations for Sunday’s away match against Frosinone. The players were divided into two groups, with those who took to the pitch yesterday doing recovery work. The rest of the squad kicked things off in the gym and then continued out on the pitch with sidesteps and sprints. Finally, there was a practice match on a reduced section of the pitch.

Lautaro Martinez and Stefan De Vrij started out with the rest of the team for the warm-up phase but then went on to follow personalised training plans out on the pitch.

The team today continued their preparations for Frosinone vs. Inter – the matchday 32 fixture scheduled for Sunday evening at the Stadio Benito Stirpe. Training started in the gym with the customary warm-up, followed then by strength work. The team then split up into groups, working on technique and shooting before a final focus on tactics.

The team trained this morning ahead of the 20:30 CEST kick-off on Sunday against Frosinone on matchday 32 in Serie A TIM. After warming up, the squad was divided in two for work on the stationary bikes, stretching and mobility work in the gym along with rondos and individual technique work on the pitch. Tactical work brought the session to an end.
