Since joining forces a year and a half ago, the two brands have implemented many initiatives to involve supporters, accompanying the passion of Nerazzurri fans at the biggest sporting events.

Heinz's presence will continue to be felt at the Club's home matches: the American company will appear both on advertising hoardings and in the stadium’s Hospitality rooms, where fans will be able to learn more about the world of Heinz and take part in exclusive tastings. Heinz products will also be present at events with catering organised by the Nerazzurri.

Inter bi mogao dobiti novog vlasnika u svibnju 2024. Politika obvezne ravnoteže potvrđuje stvarnost koja je svima sasvim jasna. Inter je klub koji vlasnici ne mogu financijski podržati. Prošla sezona bila je posebno pozitivna za klub: 60 milijuna eura od prodaje ulaznica i 100 milijuna eura u bonusima zahvaljujući sjajnom nastupu u Ligi prvaka.
Prihodi ostvareni prošle sezone pomažu da se situacija drži pod kontrolom. Godinama je klub trpio mnoge gubitke i prisilio Suning da zatraži zajam od 275 milijuna eura od Oaktree Capitala, dajući dionice Intera kao garanciju.
U svibnju 2024., ako Suning ne bi mogao otplatiti zajam, koji je sada narastao na 330 milijuna eura zbog kamata, Oaktree Capital bi postao novi Interov vlasnik.

Qatar Airways je novi sponzor, ne spominje se tocna cifra ali navodno da je dosta velika, ako se ugovor sa Paramanout + ne bi produzio onda bi Qatar Airways iduce sezone mogao postati glavni sponzor.

Inter je izgubio 85.000.000 eura u prolom mandatu iako je prole sezone igrao finale Lige prvaka. Također, Suning treba otplatiti skoro 300.000.000 eura pozajmice od Investicionog fonda Oaktre Kapital uzete pretprole godine.

Qatar Airways debitira na dresu za vikend. Miljon eura do kraja sezone, ali to je samo uvertira... Cilj je aktivirati nekakvu klauzulu u januaru èime bi oni zamjenili Paramount+ za nekakvih 20tak milja po sezoni...

Oaktree preuzima, neæe biti nikakvih zemljotresa, Marotta i Ausilio ostaju i zadržava se plan i program koji je veæ uhodan.. Dakle, ne oèekujte faraonske kupovine, ali niti rasprodaju...

Po njihovim izjavama cini se da su tu sa zeljom da se zadrze. Mislim da nece biti nekih velikih prodaja ali isto tako sumnjam da ce biti nekih mega transfera, vjerojatno se nastavlja po istom principu kao sta je bilo sa Suningom, ako dodje koja velika ponuda prodajemo i trazimo zamjenu.

Milano – May 23, 2024 – On May 22, 2024, F.C. Internazionale Milano S.p.A. (“Inter”) received a notice from its shareholder Grand Tower S.à r.l. (“GT”) – holding a 68.55% stake in the share capital of Inter - with which it has been informed, inter alia, (i) of the enforcement of the pledge on the shares of Great Horizon S.à r.l. (sole shareholder of Grand Sunshine S.à r.l. which, in turn, is the sole shareholder of GT) (“GH”)by GLAS Trust Corporation Limited (“Security Agent”), as agent, and OCM Luxembourg Sunshine S.à r.l. (“OCM” an entity related to funds managed by/entities affiliated with Oaktree Capital Management, L.P.(“Oaktree”)), as vehicle designated, appointed and authorised by the Security Agent; and (ii) of the circumstance that, as a result of the aforesaid enforcement, OCM acquired direct control of 100% of the share capital of GH and, therefore, indirect control of Inter. On the same date Inter was further informed that GH has also acquired control and ownership of LionRock Zuqiu Limited, a company that indirectly holds 31.05% of Inter’s shares through its subsidiary International SportsCapital S.p.A..

As a result of the above, Oaktree has acquired overall indirect control of 99.6% of the share capital of Inter.

No Change of Control Triggering Event is outstanding under the €415,000,000 Inter Media and Communication S.p.A. 6.750% Senior Secured Notes due 2027 (“Senior Notes”) and none of the events above have caused any Default or Event of Default under the Senior Notes. No forward looking statements are being made in this announcement and all statements are made only as of the date of the announcement.
